The cottage at Airidh a’Bhuachaille is available for self-catering holidays for weekly periods (Saturday 16.OOhrs till Saturday 1O.OOhrs).
The cottage is situated on the edge of the famous battlefield amidst magnificent scenery. It is within walking distance of the River Nairn (where fishing can be arranged) and the Clava Cairns which date from around 3,000 BC.
It is within 6 miles of the centre of Inverness and centrally situated for sightseeing in the Scottish Highlands. Aviemore, Scotland’s ski-ing centre is less than half an hour’s drive away. Excellent area for birdwatching and golf. Culloden Moor Inn is within 200 metres and there is a well stocked shop in the local village of Balloch. Local bus stop is within 300 metres.
Arrangements can be made for order in advance of groceries etc.
